Philly and Queens both have tracks over the city in certain parts, but I think Chicago probably has more miles of track and the tracks are in a more metropolitan part of the city.
Thanks for the correction Nick. My memories of the dvd featurette on the Spiderman 2 disc must have faded. ;)
