Our good friends over at Sorgatron Media attended the Baltimore Comic Con 2011 and had the pleasure of talking with Kelly Yates, illustrator for the Doctor Who comic from IDW. They talk about how he got into comics, how the comics handle canon, and what characters he would like to tackle.

You thought we were done with the Pittsburgh Comicon interviews? Nope, we had one more, this time talking with Loran Skinkis and Gary Morgan from Films and Comics
STRIPPED is a project that is way past due. Webcomic creator Dave Kellett (Sheldon, Drive) and filmmaker Fred Schroeder have put together a documentary interviewing 60 comic creators, from both print and web, about cartooning as an industry, an art form and a passion, including thoughts on the past, present and future of their chosen profession.
Now the project is ready for the post-production phase, which is where their Kickstarter campaign comes in. Dave and Fred need help to take this film the rest of the way, so check out the trailer and visit their page to learn more about how you can help.
Despite all the recent behind-the-scenes drama swirling around this show, I still think it's safe to say that the second season of TWD is going to be twice as amazing as the first season.
Dan and Jeff recently had the pleasure of talking to Emily McGuiness. Emily is the writer/artist of the full length graphic novel Ties: A Chronicle of Letters and Scotch. Emily talks about her time at SCAD, her experiences creating Ties, her successful Kickstarter campaign, San Diego Comic Con, and more.
Dan and Jeff talk about the new Blade Runner movie news, the comic book movies filming concurrently in Pittsburgh and Cleveland, cool t-shirts from Rusty Bridge, and the relationship between comic books, professional wrestling and soap operas.
